1. Usage

GallerySpace is intended for artists to store, manage, and optionally share their own artwork. You may not use the platform to distribute, promote, or store:

• Hateful, violent, pornographic, or illegal content
• Content that infringes on others’ intellectual property
• Spam or commercial content unrelated to your artwork

We reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

3. Subscription & Payments

GallerySpace is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring charges on your payment method until canceled. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine you are in breach of these terms or using the platform in a way that could harm others or the service.

5. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of GallerySpace after changes implies agreement to the updated terms.
